Tips To Fight Against Mental Exhaustion

Exhaustion can be both mentally and physically.
If you want to fight against this depletion,
You must first find out why.
Most people tend to say:
I just have a few more hours sleep and fatigue disappear.
But the mental strain is more than just fatigue.
And if you can not identify the real causes,
You can not take the necessary preventive measures.
The cycle is repeated.
A simple coffee and a nap will not suffice,
Here are some tips to help you:
- Balanced diet.
You have to watch what you eat. Enjoy a hearty breakfast, do not skip meals. Lunches and dinners must be balanced to bring you all the energy you need. Stir in green vegetables contain potassium which is an important element in the fight against fatigue. Another tip: Replace your morning coffee with ginseng. Tea with ginseng helps the body better adapt to stressors that can cause mental exhaustion.
- Drink enough.
Your body needs to be hydrated. You must give at least 1.5 liters of water per day. Think citrus juices, grapefruit, lemon, orange. They help replenish vitamins. Choose unsweetened fruit juice. Better yet, squeeze your own juice with fresh fruit.
- Physical Activity.
Exercise is good for health, it is well established. And it's great to fight against your moral exhaustion. A short walk several times a week is enough to oxygenate your body and mind. Think about it!
- Sleeping.
You absolutely must get enough sleep at least 8 hours a night to recharge the batteries. If one of the consequences of your exhaustion is insomnia, relaxation techniques can help you sleep.
